Angelo’s partnered with Tommy DiNic’s, a longtime purveyor of amazing roast pork sandwiches, for a new cheesesteak joint in Reading Terminal Market called Uncle Gus’s. I’ve been there a few times and loved it. Maybe the best rolls ever. Everything about it is great, right down to the melted-AF Cooper Sharp cheese.
